To Never Give Up!
As a Holocaust victim, he struggled throughout his life to consolidate the different sides he had seen in the conflict, especially between Jews and Catholics, but one thing he came to realize is that being human and finding ways to survive trumped all the petty labels. At many times he found himself walking, both literally and metaphorically, but had no idea where he was going. But he knew he had to walk and to keep walking.
